Where are you based/Where do you ship from? San Francisco, CA (USA) About: Ageha Gyaru Shop is run by a girl who loves Fashion & is familiar with Japanese Street Fashion and want to share her finds with other girls who also want to wear the Kawaii Fashion but doesn’t speak Japanese and/or don’t want the hassle of shopping overseas. We only sell 100% Authentic Japanese brands and never replicas! You can find gently used clothes ~ clothes new with tags and everything is limited quantities (usually 1 in-stock) so if you want the latest updates, please subscribe/follow the Facebook page. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we will ship anywhere as long as you have a valid address.
How long does it take to get my order? All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is made and will be shipped via first class, priority mail, or ground UPS (depending on package size) with tracking.Within the US, it takes 3-4 working days and elsewhere may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks (average), and may take up to a month.
How much is shipping? Here is a thorough outline of pricing for orders: US orders: *one item of clothing < .5 lbs will be shipped first class $5 * most orders are shipped via priority mail using flat rate bubble envelope which is $8 * coats or bigger orders are shipped using medium or large flat rate box which is $16 and $20 respectively. Canada orders: *one item of clothing is around $12 ~ $16 * small/heavier items are shipped via priority flat rate bubble envelope which is $22 * bigger orders > 4lbs will use priority medium flat rate box which costs $48 International orders: *one item of clothing < 4lbs will be shipped first class and starts at $22~ (varies depending on weight) * small orders that are heavy will use priority flat rate bubble envelope costs $34 * bigger orders over > 4lbs will use priority medium flat rate box which costs $68 * this is only an estimate which can be used as a rough guide.
Regarding holds & payment plans: For returning customers, we have no problem with holding items or doing payment plans with you. Each is case by case so feel free to send a message :)
However, please understand that when you ask for an item to be placed on hold 1+ days, you are essentially expressing obligation to purchase, so if you decide to switch out items later on or do not go through with the transaction, you will lose the rights to future holds so please do not abuse this privilege.
What is your return/exchange policy? All sales are final, unless the product was misinterpreted on our end. We carefully inspect all items and describe all items as accurately as possible, but mistakes do happen. Please don’t hesitate to contact/send a message if you have questions regarding items you are interested in or even after you receive your order.
